what is yoga ?


Yoga is all about harmonizing the body with the mind and breath through the means of various breathing techniques, yoga postures and meditation.

simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practised for health and relaxation. yoga is a 5000 year old Indian body of knowledge. Yoga is a simple process of reversing the ordinary outward flow of energy and consciousness so that the becomes a dynamic center of direct perception dependent upon the fallible senses but capable of actually experiencing Truth. Yoga really does help in improving your health for stretching can tone your muscles and exercise your spine and your entire skeletal system. There are many types of yoga, which is hatha , karma , bhakti, mantra, gyana ,raja yoga.
