how to enable cookies ?

Enabling Cookies in Internet Explorer

Steps-1 Click your computer's Start button to open Internet Explorer if this is your preferred web browser. Click "Tools" and then select "Internet Options."

steps-2 Locate the Privacy tab and select it. Locate the Settings section and adjust the slider to accept or block cookies. and click ok button.

steps-3 Click "Sites" on the Privacy tab.

steps-4 Locate the "Address of website" box and type in the website address for the specific website from which you wish to block or allow cookies. Repeat this step for every website you wish to block or allow.and  click ok button.

step-5 Select "Internet Options" from Internet Explorer Tools menu.
steps-6 Select the Security panel then select the Internet zone and click "Custom Level."

steps-7 Click "Enable Active Scripting" in the Scripting section of the Security Settings box.

steps-8 Click Internet Explorer back button then click Internet Explorer refresh button. This will activate your new settings.
